Course Description
Compassion Training is an educational program designed to help you improve your resilience and feel more connected to others – ultimately providing an overall sense of well-being. Courses combine contemporary psychology and scientific research on compassion with sound techniques of personal growth and professional development that have been tested and honed over years. Classes meet once a week for two hours for eight weeks.
Learn how to train your mind, body, and heart to intentionally choose compassionate thoughts and actions.

Classes tend to fill quickly, as they are limited to 30 people each for optimal in-class participation. If a class is full, please feel free to register for the waitlist. CCARE staff will contact those registered on the waitlist in chronological order if a seat becomes available. There is no charge to register for the waitlist; however, credit card information is required to hold your place.
