CCARE at Stanford University is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and compassionate Program Coordinator to support the successful implementation of its growing programs.
This part-time, remote position plays a vital role in participant experience and program delivery—from registration and onboarding to in-program support and marketing communications. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in digital marketing, WordPress website management, and online learning environments.
Program Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote)
Hours: 10–20 hours per week
Location: Remote
Compensation: $30 to $40/hour. Salary commensurate with experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Registration
- Coordinate end-to-end program registration processes
- Respond to inquiries and manage communications regarding registration, payments, and refunds
- Track participant payments, scholarships, and registration data for internal reporting
Participant Onboarding & Program Support
- Onboard participants to CCARE’s learning platforms (e.g., Canvas, Zoom)
- Provide ongoing participant support and communications throughout the program
- Coordinate logistics and communications for any live events
- Develop and maintain the online learning environment
- Create and analyze program surveys for feedback and improvement
Marketing & Communications
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for upcoming programs
- Manage social media campaigns and digital outreach
- Create outreach materials tailored to various audiences
- Maintain and update program information on the CCARE website (WordPress)
- Respond to inquiries from prospective participants and manage engagement databases
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of minimum experience managing administrative workflows and supporting online education programs
- Proficiency with tools like Constant Contact, Canvas, Zoom, WordPress, and social media platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Interest or experience in compassion, mindfulness, or wellness programs is a plus
