The Compassion and Healthcare conference is held by Stanford’s Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education in partnership with Dignity Health to explore and advance our understanding of the impact of compassion on patient care and demonstrate empiric evidence of its benefits. Additionally, the conference strives to help improve healthcare provider resilience and decrease stress while improving patient outcomes and satisfaction.
