Scott’s belief in the power of strong relationships manifested itself in leadership development practices at Juniper Networks where he serves as Chairman and spent 12 years as CEO, taking it from its early start up days to a $3.5B global company of over 7,500 people in more than 100 countries.
The 1440 Challenge, launched for the first time in February, 2012, is the most recent effort within 1440 Foundation to support organizations and serve champions who are developing and nurturing authentic relationship skills in the world.
